Mustahaqat (Arabic for "what you are owed") is a small independent website. It is not a law firm and is not linked to any government. Its aim is simple: help Gulf workers check the money due when a job ends, with the law shown next to every number.

Why this name?

Who is Sami Adham?

Sami Adham is the founder of Mustahaqat. "Sami Adham" is a professional name, not his legal name; he gives his legal name in writing to anyone who does business with the site. He is not a lawyer. He writes these pages with AI help, then checks each formula against the official law text and the government summaries before a page goes live.

How are the calculators checked?

Each formula comes from the article of law shown on the page. Every calculator has a test file of known cases that must pass before any change is published. Each page shows the date the law was last checked. See methodology and sources.

How is the site paid for?

Later the site may show ads and clearly labelled affiliate links. They will never be placed above a calculator and will never change a result. There are no ads today.
