Is this legal advice?

No. It is a careful estimate, and we show you how we got it. Your contract, your free zone or a court ruling can change the result. Before you sign a final settlement, check it with your ministry: MOHRE in the UAE, or the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia.
